Lakewood Church of Christ regularly contributes to The Action Center. The Action Center’s mission is to provide an immediate and compassionate response to those in our community experiencing hardship and by offering the resources and services needed to stabilize lives and promote pathways to lasting change.

Casa De La Esperanza is a Christian orphanage that has transformed from a house of despair into a true “house of hope”. The church has been involved with Casa since December of 2004 organizing bi-annual trips to Mexico supporting their ongoing mission.

Casa’s mission: Our mission is to serve those unfortunate children of Mexico who, for reasons not their own, find themselves orphaned, lost, abandoned, and abused. These children, who are made in the image of God, need the embracing arms, love, and the support of the Father through His servants. We purpose to raise these children in a manner that will render their greatness through the knowledge of God and a solid educational program.

The Lakewood Church has been partnering with Chances for Children (C4C) since 2012, sending members 2-3 teams a year to volunteer primarily at C4C’s orphanage/crèche site in Kenscoff. C4C also coordinates children's feeding programs through local churches in many impoverished parts of Haiti. Lakewood sponsors the program in the community of Desdunes, providing monthly funds to support the feeding of approximately 200 children 3 times weekly, and has also provided funding toward water filter units for local families.

Just Have Faith International is a group of Christian brothers and sisters who have been deeply involved in Haiti for many years. What began as a meager attempt to bring medical and dental services to those in need, has grown into a deep desire and commitment to create lasting change. It is the belief of JHFI that we can serve best by partnering with our Haitian brothers and sisters already working within their communities. We seek to provide physical, spiritual, and financial support to empower our Haitian partners who strive to change lives and develop communities through leadership, education, healthcare, and the love of Jesus Christ.

Lakewood Church of Christ has worked with India missions for over 30 years. In that time over 250 churches have been planted, several schools have been started, and India's Child was created. In all thousands of lives in India have been affected in a positive way through our teaming with the churches in India for all this time.

New Horizons House offers hope to young girls rescued from human trafficking and sexual slavery. These sexually abused 10 to 16 year old girls are given love, professional trauma counseling, medical care, secure housing, and education that equips them for a productive future.
