Table Talk: Week One

1. Think of a character from a book, movie or tv show that behaved in ways that got him or
her into trouble. What sorts of things did this character do? Did these actions cause you to
change how you feel about the character?
2. What does it mean to earn something? What are some things that have to be earned in
this life?
3. Are there things that don’t have to be earned? Is this the same for everyone?
4. Talk about what the word “unconditional” means.
